Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she is a coach for athletes. Annie is the very first woman to ever win twice in CrossFit Games. She came in second place in both the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit participant and media star is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The first female to win the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. A winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie was born and raised in Iceland, Reykjavik together with her parents and siblings. As a kid, she's been a competitive athlete and fitness enthusiast. In 2009, she participated in CrossFit events in California. The first performances were impressive. Annie Thorisdottir, at the time of her 2021 birthday, is age 31. Her height is about 5'7 and her weight approximately 67 kilograms. Annie began her CrossFit adventure in California in the year 2009. Annie did very well in her first competitions and finished within the top 10 in the rankings. However, she didn't win a championship and concluded the tournament in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. At the CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she came second and took home a silver medal in the same year. The following year, she participated again in CrossFit competitions and due to her dominant performance she won the games as the very first woman to take home a trophy at CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie also won the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and was the first female athlete who has won twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. In 2014, Annie received a Silver medal and, most recently, in 2021, she was awarded Bronze at the CrossFit Games. At present, Annie coaches and trains for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has led her to become the face of many sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. She also has her own Youtube channel called "Annie" which has over 1,000 viewers. The channel is where she uploads videos about the diet of her training, life with family and traveling.
