Cassandra Monique Batie known professionally as Andra Day is an American R&B and soul vocalist as well as songwriter and actress. It was popular and was played on the radio by numerous DJs. She subsequently signed with Warner Bros. Records and started working with producer Adrian Gurvitz on the album that she released as her debut, Cheers to the autumn (2015). The album featured the hit single Rise Up which became an anti-social justice anthem across the globe. Day was awarded two Grammys, one of which was Best R&B Album. She also released The United States Vs. Billie Holiday in 2019, A concept album about the career and life of jazz legend Billie Holiday. She also starred in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a film focused on Holiday. Andi Mattichak has a reputation as an American actor. Her first appearance was on television shows like 666 Park Avenue, Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods prior to making her feature film debut as Allyson Nelson in the horror film series Halloween as well as the sequels.
